Eligible for Return or Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following situations:
- Item arrived visibly damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item (wrong product, wrong color, or wrong size)
- Item is significantly different from its product description or photos
In all eligible cases, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with any tags intact.
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong size (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned after the 14-day window has passed
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale items and limited edition drops (all sales final)
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Email us at support@yafa-arts.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
Wait for approval
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm whether your return is approved.
Ship the item back to Egypt
Once approved, we will provide our return shipping address in Egypt. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — Yafa Arts is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refund or exchange issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, or ship your replacement item if an exchange was agreed.
Important: Do not ship any item back without first receiving written approval from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund and may not be returned to you.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Because our operations are based in Egypt, all returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in Egypt at the customer's expense. International return shipping costs vary depending on your location and chosen courier.
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping charges from your order are non-refundable.
If your item was defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the cost of reshipping your replacement item at no additional charge to you.
Customs & Import Duties
When returning items internationally, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply when the item re-enters Egypt. Please mark the parcel clearly as a "Returned Goods" to avoid unnecessary customs charges — Yafa Arts cannot be held responsible for parcels held up or assessed fees by customs authorities.
